Emma is the warm, organised presence that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes in the Jasper Financial office. As our Client Service Manager, she brings over 20 years of experience in administration - and is known for her calm efficiency, exceptional communication skills, and solution-focused mindset.

With a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a real estate licence under her belt, Emma has worked across various roles including receptionist, sales administrator, personal assistant and office manager. She joined Jasper Financial seeking a fresh professional challenge and the opportunity to grow - and she's already become an integral part of the team.

Emma loves having efficient systems in place and takes great satisfaction in ticking off tasks knowing she's helped make the process easier for someone else. She hopes every client she interacts with feels heard, valued, and supported.

When she’s not streamlining workflows or assisting clients, you’ll likely find Emma enjoying a musical or concert, heading to Pilates, or travelling with her family.
